5/30 - Sadly, Camp Hope has closed. CSNO stayed at Camp Hope on 4 of our trips hosting over 100 Nawleanteers. Here's a link with more info: Camp Hope

4/10 -We are pumped about our recently completed largest Brigade ever! 48 people nawleanteered in New Orleans from March 27- April 4.

3/16 - CSNO is happy to report that we have won a $500 grant from DoSomething.org. Thank you Do Something for being a part of our growing organization.

3/15 - We want to thank everyone who came out and supported us at our Art Relief last night. Through your support we raised over $6,300!

2/15 - Art Relief 2009 is set for March 14, 2009. This is our main fundraiser for the Spring Break Brigade. Click Art Relief 2009 for more info.

2/3 - Spring Break Brigade sign up is now open. We will be meeting on Wednesday at 7 PM and Thursday at 6 PM at the stage in Aztec Center.

1/21 - We are happy to have accomplished our largest Nawleanteer brigade yet!  We had an incredibly successful trip - we mold remediated 3.5 homes during our one week volunteer effort!  Stay tuned for info about the Spring Break brigade...

11/27 - Congratulations to Liz McCartney of the St. Bernard Project for winning CNN's Hero of the Year award! Click here for more info.  

 11/15 - CSNO hosted a tremendously successful fundraiser, "Art Relief: The Creative Road to Recovery" and raised over $4500! Thanks to all who came out and supported us.

10/23 - Recruitment for the Winter Brigade is closed! We have filled all of the spots and have a waiting list for the first time in our history. The January Nawleanteer Brigade will be our biggest yet!. 

10/1 - New Meeting times!!! Find out more info in person about our non-profit student organization every Wednesday and Thursday in room SS 2660 (Student Services under the clock tower) from 6-7PM.  Nawleanteers Unite!!!

 

9/16 - The venue for our Art Relief benefit has been set! Saturday, November 15th we will be hosting this vital fundraising effort at El Centro Cultural De La Raza in Balboa Park. Check it out:Art Relief Flyer

9/2 - Following Hurricane Gustav, New Orleans is in great need for volunteers. Fortunately, there are already organizations in place like the St. Bernard Project and America's Second Harvest to help immediately. Click on the trips to the right and get involved!


8/29 - We are finalizing the details for our  trip in January and again during Spring Break.
